BEEMS will be part of a panel discussion on how to overcome the barriers for international standards in the wind industry at the ATTP final conference, taking place in Germany’s prestigious national government Reichstag building. The BEEMS Project Manager, Katie Hornby from Southampton City Council, will be speaking and discussing observations and recommendations from the EU Anglo-French BEEMS project and is delighted to be alongside Claus Rose, Chairman, Global Wind Organisation (GWO) and other international industry speakers.
The event is targetting European training experts from the wind power industry, training institutions, politicians and other decision makers with interest in renewable energy.
ATTP stands for Adapting a Transparent Training Program for wind energy. The project deals with industry lead standards for the basic technical training in the wind turbine industry.
